Step 1:
Get a bowl and fill it with water and mix a little bit of dish soap.

Step 2:
Get an empty paper towel roll and dip it into the water/soap mixture. The paper towel roll will act as a passage way for the smoke to travel.

Step 3:
Take a hit:) and blow the smoke through the paper towel roll. Lightly flick the paper towel roll up and the bubble will be released. You can attempt to manipulate it by quickly waving your hands to throw wind at it so that it goes in certain directions.
